โดยเรื่องราว จะกล่าวถึงโรงเรียน IS ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่ๆ คอยฝึกฝนนักบินที่จะมาคอยควบคุมระบบอาวุธที่รูปร่างเหมือนชุดเกราะ ที่เรียกว่า "Infinite Stratos (IS)" ที่ใช้ได้เฉพาะแต่ผู้หญิงเท่านั้น (หน้าตาเหมือน Busou Shinki นะ) ซึ่งเหล่าหญิงสาวมากมาย ต่างถูกคัดเลือกมาจากทั่วประเทศ เพื่อมาฝึกฝนชุดเกราะ IS ที่โรงเรียนหญิงล้วนแห่งนี้ (สวรรค์แท้...) ซึ่งต่อมา "โอริมูระ อิจิกะ" เด็กหนุ่มวัย 15 ปี (ผู้โชคดี) กลับเป็นผู้ชายเพียงคนเดียวในโลกที่สามารถใช้เจ้า IS นี้ได้ และไปๆมาๆ ตัวเขาก็ได้เข้ามาเรียน+พักอาศัย ที่โรงเรียน IS แห่งนี้พร้อมกับเหล่าสาวๆไปเลย (ฮาเร็มอีกแล้ว...) กำกับโดย "Yasuhito KIKUCHI" ที่เคยมีผลงานอย่างเรื่อง El Hazard: The Alternative World ครับ
เป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับแนว ฮาเร็ม+เมก้า(หุ่นยนต์)+บิโชโจ๊ะ(Bishoujo สาวสวย)ที่มาจาก ไลท์โนเวล นั่นเอง แนวเรื่องก็ประมาณว่า ชุดพาวเวอร์เครื่องบินต่อสู้ อินฟินิตี้ สตราโตส หรือ ไอเอส ซึ่งมีเพียงผู้หญิงเท่านั้นที่สามารถใช้ได้ แต่โอริมูระ อิชิกะ (พระเอก)เป็นผู้ชายคนเดียวในโลก? ที่สามารถใช้งาน ไอเอสได้ จึงถูกจับใส่โรงเรียนไอเอสแบบบังคับ โดยห้ามต่อรองใดๆทั้งสิ้น ซึ่งโรงเรียนไอเอส นี้ มีแต่ผู้หญิง...แล้วชีวิตฮาเร็มของ โอริมูระ อิชิกะก็ได้เริ่มขี้น....
